BECS is an IT consulting firm specialising in providing business solutions like website design, web development, application design and software development. Our mission is to improve your business environment by helping you implement powerful and elegant web and business solutions through the application of best practices in computer programming, system design, graphic design and business consulting. Our Vision is to:
- Maximise performance for businesses large and small.
- Help businesses develop their untapped potential on the Web.
- Develop strategies that will ensure our clients website and systems stand out in the crowded space of the internet.
- Give clients control over their systems utilising the Internet, thus taking their performance to the next level.
Also, with our work flow and revision system, we ensure that you are 100% happy before the Website or Custom Software Solution is delivered. We are able to provide this by following the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). It consists of the following steps:
- Planning: Assessing your needs and creating a tailored project to meet them. This includes Goal and Job discovery and Organisation Discovery. We identify the stakeholders in the project and assess how to integrate the project into your organization.
- Design: The creation of Concepts and business flow diagrams to meet your requirements. This is also known as the Scope Process, where a more in-depth study is taken to assist in completing the particular task to your requirements.
- Development: The refinement and implementation of the Planning and Design stage. Also know as the Authoring Stage, as much of the coding is done during this stage.
- Integration: Final implementation and testing. All the stakeholders identified during the planning stage are required to sign-off after testing is complete.
- Deployment: Passing the tested and completed project to you with required documentation and help references. At this stage the project goes “live” after we fix any minor problems identified during testing.
- Post Deployment: The documentation of ideas for future implementation which were discovered during the first four stages of the life cycle.
